Super Loop Cow
Super Loop cow cubicles were the first cantilever cubicle designed and manufactured by Teemore and they developed an excellent reputation for comfort and quality amongst farmers. Super Loop cubicles offer the cow the ability to share space with the cow beside and also offer the option for side lunging where single row cubicle beds are shorter.
Normal cubicle spacing for cow cubicles ranges from 1150mm-1200mm depending on cow size and type. There are several mounting option however the adjustable system of posts and rails is the most commonly used system due to its flexibility and ease of installation.

Super Loop Plus Cow
Super loop plus cubicles are a higher neck-rail version of the super loop cubicles. High neck-rail cubicles allow the cow greater access into the cubicles allowing the cow to stand up with all four feet prior to lying down, reducing stress on the cows hind legs. With the neck-rail at 1250mm from the floor cows can rise with greater assurance that they won’t hit the rail during the normal rising motions.

Delux Cow
Deluxe cow cubicles are the latest addition to the Teemore range of quality cubicles and are already proving to be a great success. Research and our years of experience show us that large modern dairy cows prefer open fronted cubicles which maximum lunging space.
Our Deluxe cubicles are mounted to the floor using a special floor bracket and onto a post and rail system at the top. The floor mounting bracket provides that open fronted solution giving the cows a clear, open, unrestricted lunging path. Deluxe cow cubicles like the super loop plus have a 1250mm head-rail height providing greater access into and out of the cubicle again making this a more desirable option for modern dairy cows.

Calf Cubicle
With the ever increasing cost associated with breeding and rearing replacement heifers it is essential that costs are minimised without hindering performance. There is no better time to train young heifers to lie in cubicles, than when they have been weaned. Not only does this ensure they all lie up, but is also a very cost effective method, by reducing bedding.
Calf cubicles are manufactured from 48mm tube and assembled using heavy duty brackets, bolts and U bolts. Calf cubicles are usually mounted on the adjustable system of posts and rails. This adjustable system is particularly beneficial for calves which are rapidly growing, allowing the necessary flexibility which may be required.
Normal Calf spacing is 600mm however this is guideline only due to rapid growth at this stage of the animal’s life and the variation in size between the different breeds.
